The surface consists of a grid of panel. Each panel has hole on it which is trimmed by a cylinder. The direction of the cylinders all towards an external point in the space. The diameter of the cylinder is associate with the distance between the panel and the point. The surface construction is to create a system of panel which can change the degree of perforation when people come close or move away. The shape of the holes change to be seen from people's eyes, that all the holes appear to be circular.
The radius of the cylinder is defined by the distance of the external point and the panel multiple by a factor, which to be 0.01 in this case.
The panels are changing size and direction of the holes when the viewpoint is moving.
